Редакционная политика журнала основывается на традиционных этических принципах российской научной периодики, руководствуется в своей деятельности международными правилами охраны авторского права, положениями главы 70 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации «Авторское право», строится с учетом этических норм работы редакторов и издателей, закрепленных в Кодексе поведения и руководящих принципах наилучшей практики для редактора журнала (Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors) и Кодексе поведения для издателя журнала (Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers), разработанных Комитетом по публикационной этике (Committee on Publication Ethics – COPE).
Редакция журнала просит авторов строго руководствоваться установленными правилами и сама обязуется их соблюдать:
- Статья предоставляется в редакцию в электронной версии. Авторы гарантируют, что представленная версия материалов является окончательной и полностью подготовленной для рецензирования и последующей публикации.
- Представляемая в журнал статья должна быть написана по результатам научного исследования, проведенного авторами, и содержать новые научные результаты.
- Не допускается направление в редакцию статей, уже публиковавшихся или посланных для опубликования в другие журналы. Авторы несут ответственность за содержание статьи, в том числе за ее оригинальность. Направляя статью в редакцию, авторы гарантируют, что не нарушают авторских прав третьих лиц. Редакция вправе изъять уже опубликованную статью, если выяснится, что в процессе публикации статьи были нарушены чьи-либо права или общепринятые нормы научной этики. О факте изъятия статьи редакция сообщает авторам.
- Направляя статью в редакцию, автор дает согласие на ее опубликование и распространение в печатном и электронном виде (лицензия Creative Commons «с указанием авторства — некоммерческая», cc by-nc (Attribution Non-Commercial)).
- Решение о публикации принимается редакционной коллегией на основании процедуры внутреннего рецензирования. Все статьи, присылаемые в редакцию, проходят процедуру независимого рецензирования.
- Не принятые к опубликованию рукописи и сопровождающие документы не возвращаются.
- Подача статьи в редакцию журнала означает безусловное согласие авторов с изложенными правилами и согласие на размещение полной версии статьи в сети Интернет.
- Авторы, предоставляющие свои работы для опубликования, гарантируют, что статьи являются оригинальными (не публиковались ранее в других изданиях), не находятся на рассмотрении в редакциях других изданий. Авторы подтверждают, что их публикация не нарушает ни одно из существующих авторских прав.
- Если статья подготовлена в рамках научного исследования, финансируемого какими-либо организациями, авторы дают соответствующую ссылку и указывают источник финансирования.
- Редакция журнала оставляет за собой право не публиковать работы, не соответствующие тематике журнала.
- Главный редактор журнала, сотрудники редакции, члены редколлегии соблюдают конфиденциальность и не должны раскрывать информацию о представленных рукописях.
Publication ethics
The editorial policy of the journal is based on the traditional ethical principles of Russian scientific periodicals, is guided in its activity by international copyright protection rules, the provisions of Chapter 70 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation «Copyright», is built taking into account the ethical standards of editors and publishers, codified in the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors and the Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers, developed by the Committée on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The editorial office asks the authors to follow the established rules and agrees to observe them:
- The article is provided to the editors in the electronic version. The authors guarantee that the submitted version of the material is final and fully prepared for review and subsequent publication.
- The article submitted to the journal should be written on the basis of the results of a scientific study carried out by the authors and contain new scientific results.
- It is not allowed to send to the editorial office articles already published or sent for publication in other journals. The authors are responsible for the content of the article, including for its originality. By sending an article to the magazine, the authors guarantee that they do not violate the copyright of third parties. The editorial board has the right to remove the already published article if it turns out that during the publication of the article, someone’s rights or generally accepted norms of scientific ethics were violated. The editorial board informs the authors about the fact of withdrawal of the article.
- By submitting an article to the editors, the author agrees to publish and distribute it in print and electronic form (the Creative Commons license cc by-nc: Attribution Non-Commercial).
- The decision to publish is taken by the editorial board on the basis of the internal review procedure. All articles sent to the journal undergo an independent review procedure.
- Manuscripts and accompanying documents not accepted for publication are not returned.
- Submission of an article to the editorial office of the journal means the unconditional consent of the authors to the above rules and consent to the placement of the full version of the article on the Internet.
- Authors providing their work for publication, ensure that the articles are original (not published earlier in other publications), are not under consideration in editorial offices of other publications. The authors confirm that their publication does not violate any of the existing copyright.
- If the article is prepared in the framework of a research funded by an organization, the authors provide an appropriate reference and indicate the source of funding.
- The editorial staff reserves the right not to publish works that do not correspond to the subject matter of the journal.
- The editor-in-chief, editorial staff, members of the editorial board observe confidentiality and should not disclose information about the manuscripts submitted.
